The TDM teams at Seoul National University Hospital (Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Pharmacy Department, Department of Laboratory Medicine) carry out the TDM, carefully monitoring ADR of various TDM target drugs including nephrotoxicity, infusion related ADR, neutrophilia and so on. We observe an average of 10 to 20 cases a month and try to prevent them.
